Complete conversion of Plumbing on the Port side to use Keel Tank for Blackwater and removed the electric head in the owner's cabin and converted to Composting head.

lsoTemp Water Heaters have been removed, and cleaned and all controls and elements have been replaced on both Units, and all plumbing in the Engine room replaced. Engine & Mechanical Both Yanmar Engines have been removed and have been serviced, All Water Hoses and belts replaced, High output Alternators rebuilt, new Stainless Motor Mounts. REMARKS: The engines and engine compartments are located in the aft portion of both port and starboard hulls. Access is through opening deck hatches for the individual engines. Visual inspection of the engine compartments found them in good condition. The bilge areas were clean, dry, and well painted.

Visual inspection of both engines found no evidence of leaks, damage, or corrosion. Where accessible the engine mounts as well as the sail drive attachments to the hulls were in good condition and secure with no evidence of corrosion or damage.
